SMC2020 is prepared to have options for partial or full virtual attendance in case situation continues, while we are also ready for having SMC2020 as a regular conference. We will monitor the situation and will provide the right decision in the right time.

We are fully committed to organize SMC2020 on time, with fairness in terms of paper submission and registration with different personalized options based on current situation, while we will not penalize anyone due to unforeseen situations.

If the current travel restrictions remain unchanged, SMC2020 will provide suitable options for virtual attendance. The 2020 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC 2020) will be held in Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), Toronto, Ontario, Canada. SMC 2020 is the flagship conference of the IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society. It provides an international forum for researchers and practitioners to report most recent innovations and developments, summarize state-of-the-art, and exchange ideas and advances in all aspects of systems science and engineering, human machine systems, and cybernetics.
